Aluminum siding is a lot faster to install.

Green-wise, aluminum is a lot more environment friendly. Disposing of vinyl can be hazardous to people’s health. Aluminum, on the other hand, is safe. It’s also fireproof which is a big plus for homeowners.

When deciding, remember that all options—wood, hardboard, vinyl, and aluminum—are not maintenance free. However, aluminum offers most of the qualities above at an affordable price with less wear and tear or chance of fire and no damage to the environment.
